Christmas 2014 marks the 5th year of Zest making the Melissa’s Christmas Cakes.
Like so many of our products these are a little like our babies. Baked with love in August every year, they are then guarded safely while they mature for three month. Once they have had enough time soaking up the brandy, we package them up and send them on their way. A sad day for us, a happy day for Melissa’s customers.
Full of brandy, fruit and nuts, these are, without a doubt, the best Christmas cakes around so make sure you get one off your local Melissa’s food shop shelf. Christmas will never be the same again without one of these Zesty babies.
