Our love of food inspires us to use the freshest, tastiest, best quality raw ingredients that we can find. We source most of our ingredients locally and support many regional fruit and vegetable farmers as well as producers of free-range and artisanal foods such as cured meats, speciality cheeses and hand crafted breads.

We offer a wide range of cuisines and styles and encourage clients to get involved in choosing the menus we put together to create the perfect dining experience.
